Significance and provenance
Column letters on the weighted banner, low-base skip, and a path back to the rows.
Column letters run on the weighted banner, not a separate test menu. They start on. The grid is Banner table.
Letters
A letter is shown only when the corrected pairwise test passes (adjusted p < .05). There is no 90% letter level.
Lowercase is .001 < p < .05. Uppercase is p ≤ .001. Letters in one cell are concatenated, so BD means that cell differs from columns B and D.
Nested banners produce many columns. Letters recycle every 26; more than 16 columns only test adjacent pairs.
Low bases
The unweighted column base cutoff is 30. Below that, the cell stays in the grid. The percent renders as *. The cell does not receive or generate letters.
Click-through
Click a cell when provenance is complete (row_uid_bitset present, miss count 0). Tensr returns the origin respondents for that stub × banner cell.
On an analysis report, complete provenance lets you reveal the consumed rows for statistics such as F, N, χ², and R². Incomplete runs show a Traceability banner instead of a silent number.
Provenance inspector
The inspector lists trace kind (complete, unknown, or unavailable with a reason), the convention tuple (variance mode, test type, overlap, Bessel flags, extra deff), weight identity and method, content fingerprint, and origin dataset. Unweighted tables store explicit_null.
