Security

Your client's data stays your client's

Research agencies hold respondent data under NDAs and client contracts. Here is how Tensr stores it, who can see it, and what the agent does with it.

Security

Encryption

Encrypted at rest with AES-256

Encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over HTTPS, hosted in AWS US East. Everything you upload is encrypted, whether it is sitting in storage or moving between your browser and our servers.

Your data stays yours

Tensr never trains models on your data

Respondent data is there to answer your questions. Tensr does not train models on customer data. Private mode sends the AI only column names and types, never your respondents' answers. See Anthropic's policy. See OpenAI's policy.

Access

You decide who gets in

Sign in with an email one-time code, or Google, Microsoft or GitHub. Share a session by link as a viewer or an editor. Team workspaces have shared seats and live presence, so you can see who is in. SSO is on the roadmap.

Provenance

When a client asks where a number came from

Every number traces back to the respondents and rows behind it. Each analysis comes with a reproducible R script you can take away. Weights are versioned, so you can see which one a table used.

Plugins

Plugins run sandboxed

Plugins from the marketplace add toolkits the agent and ⌘K can call. You can publish one and charge for it. Plugins run in a sandbox with no network access, installed per workspace.

Retention

Older copies drop off

Older copies of a file drop after 30 days. Unfinished uploads are cleared after 7 days. Dataset logs are kept for 90 days.
